TRUST FUNDING: LEGAL FOUNDATIONS

While there have been some efforts to create legal foundations and legal networks, we are unaware of any that have acquired any serious level of success. Kyle Bristow’s Foundation for the Marketplace of Ideas, being the most notable, won several legal battles before its closure. There are many lawyers in our movement, but without legitimate compensation, it is near impossible for them to assume the risk that such politically charged cases impose on their livelihoods and families without full compensation.

No serious legal fight can take place until we establish a solid legal institution, and no legal institution will be established until we are capable able of fully funding it straight out the gate. In the age of deplatforming where banks and payment processors deny service to anyone pro-White and successful, this will be all the more difficult and all the more reason for the need to acquire the funding first.

As we have mentioned in the first article,  in this series on institution building strategy, a law firm can be created upon the establishment of a trust that will fund it, even if it takes half a decade or so to get off the ground and reach the level of profitability to begin. It is also of the utmost importance that the first trust we establish is created for the purpose of hiring full time legal representation, since such trusts will absolutely be attacked when and where possible by the anti-White establishment, as well as any other institutions we build.

Once the firm is able to take on cases, it will increase the growth of its financial trust by heightening its profile. This will not only help pay for the ongoing litigation costs, but future costs as well, since the donations are invested in the trust, and only the interest from such donations are used to pay the actual legal fees. This will have the effect of continuously growing the trust, and therefore the funding for additional full-time staff at the firm.

Such a firm should develop a strategy that will maximize its own financial growth and enrich its clients. This means suing corporations, colleges, and other entities that have the means to pay out. Though eventually civil cases should be brought against anarcho-terrorist groups and their leaders, such as the one launched by Andy Ngo. Those charged with criminal cases may also eventually be defended, however, due to a lack of finances, such cases should only be taken up at a later time when the finances are available to begin representing such individuals. This will be a difficult decision to make for those running the show, and they will undoubtable be attacked over it. However, with limited resources, there will be no way to represent every case, and the law firm will have to be strategically selective in who they decide to represent.

Another priority of such a firm would be to build a network of lawyers that could be drawn from across the country. As we said earlier, there are many lawyers in our movement. Many of them have at some point worked with and know other lawyers who share our values, but we are not aware of any concerted effort to keep track of and maintain such a network. Private, lawyers only conferences could be held to discuss legal strategy and discuss new laws that could affect us. Lawyers with specialties in certain areas of law could also be called upon for consultation in certain situations. As the financial situation improves for the firm, this network could help decide which state would be the next best location to extend into.

Once capable, the lawyers operating this firm should consider class action lawsuits against mega corporations, schools, social media companies, and banks for anti-White discrimination. These cases are certainly winnable, but take an immense amount of capital and time to achieve compared to the average lawsuit. Such victories, however, would be game changing.

The benefits of a law firm established for the purpose of defending our people is a must. We are going to be a minority here in America and there is nothing we can do to stop it. We must move fast to begin building the capital required to fund such an effort. If we act now, we can have a major impact on what occurs in the decades ahead. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
